Work Schedule
40 hours per week, Monday through Friday.

What You’ll Do
• Collaborate with a team on design projects for Complex Bets
• Produce motion graphics for Complex Bets
• Work on a range of projects across web, video, and social platforms
• Contribute creative exploration and design input across various media
• Apply best design practices to all creative work
• Help support a positive, inclusive team environment

Who You Are
• 3–5 years of experience
• Degree in graphic design or comparable practical background
• A portfolio showcasing your skills, style, and interests
• Eager to learn and develop under senior designers and creative leadership
• Strong attention to detail and visual aesthetics
• Creative, resourceful, organized, and able to manage your own time
• Proficient with Adobe Creative Cloud
• Familiar with the digital landscape in media, design, and technology
• Core strengths include collaboration, self‑development, communication, innovation, and courage

$2,000 per week
The listed pay range reflects the hourly rate for this role. Actual compensation will depend on factors such as location, experience, and performance.
