We are seeking a passionate and highly skilled Senior Frontend Engineer to join our Monetization team, helping us move quickly and run bold experiments to enhance our team onboarding and conversion experiences. This position combines strong coding abilities with a practical, hypothesis‑driven approach.

The annual salary for this role is €73,000, and we review compensation each year based on both company and individual performance.

You can work from anywhere in the world, as long as your primary location falls between UTC-4 and UTC+8.

Our team meetings take place between 11:00 and 16:00 UTC, and your participation during these times is essential for smooth collaboration and alignment.

The Role

As a Senior Frontend Engineer, you will operate where speed, design, and experimentation converge. You’ll develop user-facing features using React and related tools to support product growth, with a strong emphasis on team activation, onboarding, and conversion to paid plans.

You will go beyond coding by helping shape lightweight design ideas and recommending improvements that accelerate our ability to test and validate hypotheses.

Your key responsibilities include:

• Leading and developing rapid product experiments across Track and Suite
• Turning hypotheses into UI solutions with Product Designers
• Improving frontend performance for speed and usability
• Working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end experiments
• Maintaining high code quality and reviewing others’ work
• Actively helping narrow experiment scope and speed up delivery through pragmatic design and technical input

About You

You’re a hands-on senior engineer who brings structure, speed, and creativity to experimentation. You’re analytical, practical, and motivated by partnering with Product to validate ideas and drive measurable outcomes.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has strong experience with JavaScript, React, and ideally Redux (plus a side-effect library like Redux-Saga)
• Is comfortable working with TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and modern frontend ecosystems
• Has experience leading projects and collaborating across teams
• Understands experimentation and can balance speed with technical trade-offs
• Has experience designing or co-creating simple UI/UX flows (no design tools required)
• Is proactive, detail-aware (but not pixel‑perfect), and able to simplify complexity
• Communicates clearly and thrives in a remote, async-first environment
• Wants to mentor junior engineers and help shape engineering culture
• Has excellent English communication skills
