Dogly is looking for a dedicated freelance mobile/web application developer based in NYC with potential to become full-time.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Work closely with other members of the development team
- Administer app/website maintenance and updates
- Implement new features and functions to app/website where required
- Analyze business requirements, determine appropriate architecture and other technical solutions and make relevant recommendations
- Ensure delivered features match requirements through testing
- Support user testing efforts and come up with solutions
- Ensure timely completion of deliverables
- Prepare software for implementation to production as well as providing post implementation support
- Communicate with efficiency and accuracy any progress and/or delays in development efforts
- Willing to create fresh solutions for the best user experience
- Assist in troubleshooting of software application issues

Front-end Development Website: HTML + CSS + Responsive Design jQuery Sass
Back-end Development: Bespoke CMS and API backed by a MySQL database. PHPMyAdmin, SQL, and MySQL. RESTful API style PHP knowledge. Apache sysadmin knowledge (uploading via FTP, editing htaccess files, permissions) HTML, CSS, jQuery, familiarity with MVC frameworks
