About the role:
We are seeking a full-time Mobile Phlebotomist to join a high-growth stage startup, with experience working in hospitals, clinics, or mobile settings. Candidates must consistently maintain a high standard of excellence with minimal supervision.

The FT shift is Mon–Fri, 5am–2pm.

At Getlabs, you will:
– Visit patients in their home or office, drive to and from appointments, and drop off samples at patient service centers or laboratories
– Follow safe, accurate blood collection procedures and process specimens with a high level of precision
– Adapt quickly in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
– Maintain close communication with the operations and patient experience teams during business hours

What we are looking for:
– Phlebotomy certification from an accredited agency
– 1 year of phlebotomy experience (mobile phlebotomy preferred)
– Experience processing samples
– Certification from a national organization such as American Medical Technologists (AMT), American Society for Clinical Pathology (ASCP), or National Center for Competency Testing (NCCT)
– Demonstrated track record of excellent customer service
– Strong written and verbal communication skills
– Ability to work independently or as part of a team with minimal supervision
– Reliable transportation and a clean driving record
– Proof of receiving the first dose of the COVID-19 vaccine within 30 days of employment
– Bonus: Fluent in Spanish
