Invincea Labs, the research arm of Invincea, is looking to hire aSenior Research Engineerwith a focus on Mobile Applications Research. The successful candidate will havehands onsoftware development experience in mobile operating systems (such as Google Android) in addition to security technologies and products. We are seeking experienced candidates with both a passion for developing new technologies and a practical understanding of how to deliver real world solutions, and who have shown the ability to take a mobile application through the design process from conception to implementation.

About the Job

• Working closely with end users, UX/UI engineers, and Field Engineers to deliver high performing quality customer experiences that are engaging, purposeful and powerful in their simplicity
• Designing and developing native applications for Android from the ground up, as part of a larger system development effort
• Integrating applications into back-end infrastructure using a variety of communication patterns, including REST and streaming protocols
• Cooperatively designing and implementing efficient over-the-wire formats for system communication
• Effectively communicating plans, interfaces, and blockers to the rest of the team to ensure tools and applications are delivered on time and are of the highest quality
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge and skills in the realm of Mobile application development
