Snapp’nSave is a mobile app which allows students to take a picture and get rewarded. This app has recently been asked to appear on the abc tv show Shark Tank. I am the founder of the company and I am having some serious problems with the developer. He basically has tried to snake me out of my own company. He was brought in to be my Co-founder however no operating agreement was signed. I own the company and I would like to depart from doing any further business with the current developer on the project. This project is very viable and has gained interest from many investors.
