We are currently seeking a Mid-Level and a Senior-Level Java Developer to join our dynamic team and work on a complex, mission-critical system. The role requires proactive, self-sufficient developers who can drive tasks independently and adapt quickly to challenges.

**Key Responsibilities:**
– Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using Java 17+ and Spring Boot in a microservices architecture.
– Structure and lead technical improvements, including hands-on Java microservices development to build RESTful APIs.
– Integrate systems and data across cloud and on-premise environments, including message brokers such as Kafka or ActiveMQ.
– Build and evolve high-performance, scalable solutions, ensuring quality through automated tests (TDD) and code reviews.
– Manage relational and NoSQL databases, including MSSQL/Oracle and MongoDB.
– Implement CI/CD and DevOps automation practices focused on scalability, security, and performance.

**Qualifications:**
– Strong experience with Java 17+, Spring Boot, and microservices design patterns (DDD).
– Proficiency in developing and deploying applications on Kubernetes and AKS.
– Experience creating automated tests using the test pyramid approach.
– A continuous improvement mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
– **Advanced English proficiency**

**Differentials:**
– Knowledge of Microsoft Azure Cloud and the Camunda framework is a plus.
