• Manage the planning and execution of a vibrant social media strategy that builds community, sparks conversations, and increases engagement among younger audiences. Track trends, optimize content for each platform, and collaborate with creators and influencers to broaden reach.
• Work closely with the Music team to ensure all brand content is culturally relevant. Develop a deep understanding of the local music industry, community, and fan culture.
• Define and strengthen brand identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing efforts. Create culturally meaningful campaigns that highlight diversity, music discovery, and audience connection.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with creators, influencers, and key industry players to expand the platform’s visibility. Partner with internal teams to highlight exclusive content, events, and initiatives.
• Guide and motivate external agencies and vendors, encouraging creativity, collaboration, and accountability. Ensure campaigns are executed at the highest quality and aligned with brand and business objectives.
• Analyze marketing performance to assess ROI, identify opportunities, and improve future campaigns. Stay up to date on industry shifts, new platforms, and audience behaviors to refine strategies.
Who You Are
• You have 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in music, entertainment, or content-driven industries.
• You possess strong brand-building skills and a clear creative vision, with the ability to pitch and defend bold ideas.
• You excel at building strong, transparent working relationships across all levels.
• You thrive in high-pressure, fast-moving environments and can handle tight deadlines, shifting priorities, and real-time decisions.
• You are proactive, resourceful, and solutions-oriented, with a collaborative approach to navigating ambiguity.
• You have deep knowledge of the music industry, emerging trends, key artists, and cultural movements.
• You have experience working across international markets or with culturally diverse groups.
• You are genuinely passionate about music and highly attuned to cultural dynamics.
• You have an established network of creative collaborators, which is a plus.
Where You’ll Be
• This role is based in Mexico City, Mexico.
• You’ll have the flexibility to work where you’re most productive, with some in‑person meetings.
• We ask that you come into the office 2–3 times per week.
