Medical Assistant Lead at Curai
We are looking for a Medical Assistant Lead to guide and support the medical assistant team within our clinical operations group. This role plays an essential part in the patient care experience by participating in daily clinical tasks while also overseeing workflows, refining processes, and helping team members deliver high-quality virtual-first primary care. Patients seek help for acute needs or primary care visits, which may involve a condition-based consultation or a request to see a primary care provider. Most care is delivered through synchronous or asynchronous chat, with video visits offered when necessary. We operate 24/7, year-round.
