What You’ll Be Doing

• Build & Optimize: Develop scalable event pipelines and server-side integrations to ensure smooth data flow.
• Dive into Data: Use SQL, Looker Studio, Metabase, and Amplitude to create dashboards, uncover insights, and drive informed decisions.
• Embrace AI: Assist in developing intelligent agents that automate workflows and enhance our MarTech suite.
• Collaborate & Adapt: Work cross-functionally, communicate effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Need To Succeed

• Enjoy Breaking Down Data: Are comfortable writing basic SQL queries and navigating analytics tools like Looker or Metabase.
• Crave Hands-On Building: Love experimenting, iterating, and diving into the details of data pipelines.
• Are Curious & Willing to Learn: Have a passion for AI, automation, and emerging tech—even if you’re new to it!
• Communicate & Collaborate Well: Can juggle multiple tasks while working seamlessly with a diverse team.

Nice to Have

• Basic Coding Skills: Experience in Python, JavaScript, or similar languages is a plus.
• AI/Automation Interests: A strong enthusiasm for building, testing, and deploying AI-driven solutions.
