We’re seeking a marketing operations manager to lead our marketing team toward executing synchronized, effective, and strategic practices. You will oversee all segments of the marketing department to ensure consistency and communication across roles, as well as to keep the mission and evolving goals of the company in the top of marketing’s mind.

The ideal candidate will have

• B. B.A. degree in marketing or similar concentrations.
• Prior experience in digital and content marketing.
• Prior experience in a managerial position (a plus).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to lead a team effectively.
• Ability to think analytically and strategically.
• Experience with CRM systems, such as Salesforce.

Responsibilities Include:

• Managing marketing team meetings and planning sessions,
• Monitoring, measuring, and analyzing the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
• Constantly working to optimizing efficiencies to make the marketing team work better for the company as a whole.
• Ensure Company revenue targets are consistently met
