CareAcademy.co is looking for Marketing/Sales Manager to make Care Academy the premier resource for teaching the world how to provide top quality care and validate those skills. You will be responsible for shaping strategic goals and partnership and leading marketing campaigns to achieve our goals. You’ll work with people that are passionate about education and childcare, eldercare, families, and those that want to make the world a better place!

WHO YOU ARE You love helping people feel empowered through education, and are passionate about childcare. You have a track record of building go-to-market strategy from scratch, establishing a brand voice that resonates with parents and caregivers, and analyzing data to drive great online campaigns. You have built successful marketing strategies around education-based services with at least 2 other companies.

WHAT YOU’LL DO Work closely with the CEO to build innovative marketing strategies to engage our target audiences: nannies, caregivers agencies, and parents Find lucrative distribution channels online for classes and online educational services Find opportunities expand and grow Care Academy services and networks Using your hard skills (photoshop, design, analytics,etc.) and the soft ones to build a distribution engine for our team s
