We are looking for a passionate, hardworking intern to help build our growing company. Bridge & Co is a Pittsburgh based LLC selling women’s apparel with a goal to make a positive social impact. Our mission is to provide support to non-for-profit organizations with an empowerment initiative. A portion of the profits from the sale of each garment will help support these organizations provide the education and skills needed in underdeveloped communities or to those in need. Our goal is to diminish the poverty line both locally and abroad.

The intern will be exposed to: • Hands on business development and strategy of a new LLC • Real world knowledge of client cultivation • Participation in regular development meetings Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: • Researching and preparing marketing and press release materials • Participating in meetings with partner organizations • Calling and emailing potential partner organizations • Assistance in planning various events to showcase our garments • Managing Bridge & Co social media (Facebook, Twitter, etc) • Other duties as assigned Qualifications: • Pursuing (Junior or Senior) or completed a Bachelors degree in Marketing, Management, Non-Profit Management or other business related field • Must be motivated, have good attention to detail, organized and possess strong communication skills

Compensation: At this time we are not able to provide financial compensation. However, Bridge & Co. is willing to work with your college or university to get credit hours and/or provide letters of recommendations and referrals for future employment. The success of Bridge & Co. will not only allow for the opportunity of full-time employment, but will also create the potential for financial compensation in the future.
