Position Summary

FBN is seeking a Graphic Designer to produce excellent work. The Graphic Designer is a key partner in developing creative solutions across all of FBN’s business categories. You’ll contribute to overall creative concepts and be responsible for executing assigned projects, bringing distinctive design ideas to FBN. You will collaborate with the marketing team to create bold visuals aligned with FBN’s strategic goals and business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and design integrated campaigns, create tactical projects, and deliver them flawlessly and on schedule across online and offline channels

  • Review campaign and project briefs to understand creative needs, timelines, and deliverables

  • Create visual concepts based on campaign requirements

  • Produce rough drafts and present creative work

  • Explain design reasoning or communicate key strategic design decisions to stakeholders

  • Collaborate with copywriters, video partner(s), and/or the art director to finalize designs

  • Stay knowledgeable about different marketing mediums, platforms, and specifications

  • Maintain strong attention to detail, color, and design/photography aesthetics, ensuring work follows the FBN brand style guide

Minimum Qualifications

  • At least 4 years of experience as a graphic designer or junior art director in an advertising agency or in-house marketing department

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Design, Fine Arts, or a related field

  • A strong portfolio demonstrating prior campaign work, design, or other media

  • Excellent collaboration skills and the ability to build strong cross-functional relationships

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (mainly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign), Google Drive, Google Slides, and Canva

  • Experience and strong familiarity with major digital media platforms (Google, Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, etc.), including best practices/trends and reporting tools

Preferred Qualifications

  • Ability to create basic motion graphics or video animations is a plus

  • Experience, either personal or professional, in the agriculture industry is a plus

Based on market data and internal placement, FBN estimates the U.S. national average base salary range for this position is $80,000–$95,000. This range may vary depending on location and the higher cost of labor in some metropolitan areas.

In addition to base pay, FBN offers full-time/permanent employees competitive total compensation packages that may include equity compensation, paid holidays plus an additional floating holiday, flexible work arrangements (including paid time off and remote work when eligible), parental leave, and benefits such as medical, dental, vision, wellbeing, short- and long-term disability, life insurance, 401k, HSA employer contributions, and more.
