Brand new web agency Coufme.com is currently looking for a Digital Marketing Director. We are 6 digital marketers, from different European cities, setting up an innovative web agency. Based in London, we cover all the areas related to digital projects and businesses.

At the moment we are developing new tools through the use of big Data and we need a person to work on the marketing tasks. Furthermore, the creation of a new touristic-related platform is on our way.

The above-mentioned opportunity is a great chance to achieve a good knowledge of the relations existing between big Data and marketing. Moreover, the candidate will be entitled to subscribe the 10% of the company shares as part of the role benefits. DUTIES of the Role: Devising strategies to drive online traffic to websites; Tracking conversion rates and making improvements to the websites; Developing and managing digital marketing campaigns; Utilising a range of techniques including paid search, SEO and PPC; Overseeing the social media strategy for the company. Managing online brand and product campaigns to raise brand awareness; Working closer to the Data Analyst on the development of marketing-focused big Data tools; Responsibility for planning and budgetary control of all digital marketing; Evaluating customer research, market conditions and competitor data; Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing.
