About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support the backend operations of our digital platforms. This role is suitable for someone who is comfortable working with digital tools, performance data, content trends, and platform operations.
The position is fully remote and focuses on operational support, performance tracking, and digital marketing coordination. This is not a direct sales role.
Key Responsibilities
Support backend operations across digital platforms and internal systems
Assist with platform updates, content organization, product listings, and operational workflows
Monitor product performance and identify relevant digital or viral trend patterns
Track conversion rates, engagement metrics, traffic performance, and user activity
Prepare basic reports and performance summaries for internal review
Coordinate with internal team members to improve digital platform efficiency
Help maintain accurate records, campaign information, and platform data
Support ongoing marketing projects and digital operations as needed
Qualifications
Experience or interest in digital marketing, platform operations, e-commerce, content performance, or data tracking
Comfortable working with online platforms, spreadsheets, dashboards, and basic reporting tools
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured workflows
Good written communication skills
Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
Organized, reliable, and responsive during agreed working hours
Preferred Skills
Familiarity with digital marketing metrics such as conversion rate, engagement rate, click-through rate, traffic sources, and product performance
Experience using tools such as Google Sheets, Excel, Google Analytics, Shopify, Meta Business Suite, TikTok Shop, Amazon Seller Central, or similar platforms
Ability to identify trends and summarize performance insights clearly
Previous experience in marketing coordination, digital operations, content operations, or platform support is helpful but not required
