About the Role
We are looking for a highly analytical, systems-focused Marketing Operations Manager to enhance efficiency, scalability, and performance across our multi-brand marketing organization. This role is central to our marketing operations, managing and improving our technology stack with a primary focus on HubSpot. You will ensure smooth data flow, effective lead management, accurate reporting, and strong alignment across teams. Responsibilities include configuring and optimizing multiple HubSpot instances, resolving issues, improving existing processes, and creating automated workflows that elevate lead scoring, segmentation, and campaign results. You will also implement best practices for data capture, reporting, and analytics, conduct regular system audits, introduce scalable automation (including within Monday.com), and act as the marketing team’s subject matter expert.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and enhance the marketing technology stack, with an emphasis on HubSpot, ensuring all systems are integrated and performing effectively.
• Lead configuration and optimization efforts across two HubSpot instances, each supporting two brands, while troubleshooting issues and refining existing processes.
