As a Marketing Associate, you will help plan, develop, and execute ongoing marketing initiatives for Penumbra and its subsidiaries in alignment with the company’s goals. You will provide product and market insights that guide campaigns and messaging. Success in this role requires confidence in handling and analyzing data of different types and volumes. Your work will help ensure that our marketing efforts focus on areas that deliver the greatest impact for our customer community.

What You’ll Work On
• Assist product marketing teams in creating new marketing materials, sales tools, and videos that effectively position and promote assigned product lines
• Collaborate with product marketing teams to identify opportunities for new customer acquisition, customer retention, and growth, and establish relevant criteria for product insights
• Identify, analyze, and interpret patterns and trends in customer behavior data of varying size and complexity
• Share customer and product insights, segmentation findings, and other key learnings with stakeholders such as product marketing, sales teams, and corporate strategy
• Conduct deep-dive analyses to understand drivers of marketing performance and inform future campaigns
• Develop and present strategic insights using data analysis and visualization
• Perform competitive research and analyze benchmarking data
• Conduct market research to identify new markets and help prioritize launch timing based on geography and local market dynamics
• Translate complex ideas and data into clear, actionable recommendations
• Follow the Company’s Quality Management System (QMS) and all relevant domestic and international regulations, standards, and procedures
• Understand and comply with applicable security, privacy, and compliance requirements
• Ensure department members also follow QMS and applicable regulations and standards
• Perform other related duties as assigned

What You Contribute
• Bachelor’s degree with 1+ years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• MBA preferred
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel and analytics tools such as Tableau and Salesforce; analytical skills preferred
• Strong communication skills, high attention to detail, and proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other standard office tools
• Ability to coordinate work remotely using audio/video conferencing
• Excellent organization, time management, and prioritization abilities
• Professional interaction skills with both internal and external stakeholders
• Ability to establish and maintain project timelines and provide regular updates to key stakeholders
• Must be creative, self-driven, collaborative, proactive, organized, intuitive, and flexible

Working Conditions
This role is based in a typical office environment. It may require over 50% travel (U.S. and international), including weekends. There may be exposure to blood‑borne pathogens. The job requires occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds. You must be able to move between buildings and floors, remain stationary for long periods while using a computer or office equipment, read and write emails and documents, access office supplies or files, and communicate effectively with employees at all levels daily.

Annual Base Salary Range: $71,000 – $100,000
We offer a competitive compensation package, along with benefits and equity where applicable. Total compensation will depend on factors such as experience, qualifications, skills, and location.
