We are looking for an Agentic AI Solutions Architect to act as the technical lead and main point of contact for clients seeking advanced AI, automation, and agent-driven workflow solutions in the marketing data and analytics domain. This is a hands-on role involving both system design and implementation. You will work closely with our data engineering, analytics, and product engineering teams to deliver automated, high-impact solutions for clients. The ideal candidate has experience in an agency or consulting environment within MarTech or analytics and is motivated by using cutting-edge AI and automation to solve real business challenges. You should be comfortable writing Python pipelines and presenting complex architectures to executive stakeholders. What You’ll Do
• Act as the primary technical contact for clients and their advanced automation needs
• Lead discovery sessions to uncover opportunities for AI, LLMs, and agentic workflows
• Design integrated data and AI architectures connecting marketing tools with data warehouses and LLM services
• Present technical solutions to client stakeholders with an emphasis on automation ROI
• Troubleshoot MarTech and AI integration issues and technical roadblocks
• Establish strong relationships as a trusted advisor in Marketing AI and Automation
• Design end-to-end agentic workflows spanning data sources, automation platforms, LLMs, and dashboards
• Build integrations and automation using tools such as n8n, Make, Flowise, AWS Step Functions, custom APIs, and orchestration frameworks like Airflow, Prefect, or Temporal
• Create agentic workflows for marketing automation, data quality monitoring, and predictive analytics
• Develop and fine-tune LLM applications for data enrichment, content creation, and segmentation
• Partner with data engineering on MLOps and automation pipelines
• Document solutions, architectural patterns, and best practices for reuse
• Test and evaluate AI and automation outputs for accuracy and performance
What We Are Looking For
• 5+ years of experience in technical roles involving MarTech, data integration, or analytics
• Background in agency, consulting, or client services with a strong focus on delivery
• Deep experience with data warehouses such as Snowflake or BigQuery
• Proficiency with ETL and data integration tools like Glue, AirByte, Python, and custom APIs
• Strong SQL and data modeling abilities
• Python skills for scripting, data work, and AI/ML deployment
• Experience with marketing tools such as GA4, Meta Ads, Google Ads, and CRMs
• Proven experience applying AI, ML, or LLMs in data or workflow automation
• Client-facing experience leading discovery, presenting systems, and managing expectations
• Familiarity with AWS, GCP, or Azure and their AI/ML services
• Understanding of Generative AI use cases and prompt engineering
• Knowledge of marketing analytics concepts such as attribution and conversion tracking
• Excellent written and spoken English skills
Nice to Have
• Previous experience as a solutions architect or technical consultant at a MarTech vendor or agency
• Experience with MLOps, production model deployment, or LLM context management
• Hands-on experience with workflow tools like n8n, Make, Flowise, or AWS Step Functions
• AI/ML certifications from major cloud providers or specialized programs
• Experience with attribution modeling or marketing measurement
• Understanding of data privacy and compliance frameworks such as GDPR or CCPA
• Confidence presenting technical solutions to executive audiences
