We ship multiple times a day, and our tests catch regressions—but you’ll catch what machines can’t.
This role isn’t about checking boxes or confirming acceptance criteria. It’s about immersing yourself in the product, thinking like a user, and guiding us toward a better experience every day.
**What you’ll do**
– Manually test new features alongside a strong automated test suite
– Explore the product like a real user: uncover edge cases, inconsistencies, and confusing flows
– Challenge “it works” when it doesn’t feel right
– Write clear, actionable bug reports engineers can fix quickly
– Collaborate closely with engineers and the CTO in a Continuous Delivery environment
**Job requirements**
– You’re curious, observant, and detail-focused
– You care deeply about user experience and product quality
– You think in scenarios, not just requirements
– You communicate clearly in English, especially in writing
– 1–2 years of manual QA experience in an agency or startup
– You can work fully remote
Technical knowledge (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc.) is **a plus, not required**.
**Why you’ll like it here**
– Real ownership of product quality and user experience
– A sharp, motivated team that gets things done
– Continuous delivery: your feedback shapes what ships today, not next quarter
– Remote-first culture, with a great Berlin office whenever you want it
If you want to learn how high-quality software is truly delivered—and how great products feel, not just function—this role is for you.
