Key Responsibilities:
• Create and carry out thorough test plans for manual testing
• Design and run detailed test cases to detect defects and verify functionality
• Document and track issues, working closely with developers throughout the lifecycle
• Communicate effectively with developers, product managers, and stakeholders
• Take responsibility for projects from design through launch

Minimum Qualifications:
• At least 5 years of hands-on software QA experience, demonstrating skill in test planning, execution, and clear documentation
• Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies, with experience adapting to fast-paced, iterative development
• Minimum of 2 years of API testing experience using Postman and Swagger
• Solid database and SQL knowledge, including executing complex data validations and backend testing
• Proficient in defect tracking tools such as JIRA or Bugzilla, with the ability to report and monitor issues accurately
• Effective teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional groups
• Excellent English communication skills with teams, stakeholders, and customers
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities under pressure

Additional Desired Experience:
• Expertise in security testing, familiarity with common vulnerabilities, and experience using tools like OWASP ZAP or Fortify
• Experience in performance and load testing, with the ability to assess system behavior under stress and identify bottlenecks
