Who We’re Looking For:
At BigID, the Technical Account Manager is a key role who supports customers by showcasing the BigID platform, troubleshooting technical issues, answering technical questions, and delivering product demonstrations, evaluations, and production deployments. With a strong focus on customer satisfaction, enablement, and ongoing value, Technical Account Managers work both reactively and proactively to provide customers with the best data-driven automation experience using BigID.

As a Technical Account Manager, you’ll have ongoing opportunities to strengthen and apply your technical skills, including implementing BigID in proof-of-value and production environments, writing code, and delivering customer presentations. TAMs operate with a high level of independence and help ensure excellence across our regional customer base. You will report to the Regional Senior Manager of Technical Account Management and play an important role as the region grows rapidly.

What You’ll Do:
– Demonstrate BigID and lead BigID proof-of-value sessions for prospective customers
– Help customers achieve their goals with BigID across the full customer lifecycle
– Support regional sales managers in onboarding new customers
– Build strong, long-term customer relationships
– Continuously improve our global approach to speed up customer time to value
– Work remotely with limited supervision
– Lead enterprise-level projects effectively

What You’ll Bring:
– At least 3 years in technical, customer-facing roles, with experience in one or more of the following: data, networking, cloud (e.g., Kubernetes, S3), cyber security, programming/scripting
– Ability to explain complex technical concepts to a wide range of audiences, including executives, business stakeholders, and technical teams
– Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to break down complex issues into simpler components
– A team-first mindset with a high degree of self-sufficiency
– A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience
