THE OPPORTUNITY
Requirements:
Extensive experience in a QA management role for manual testing, demonstrating a strong track record of effectively leading and managing QA teams.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, enabling clear and concise communication with team members, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in bug tracking systems like Jira, with a proven ability to document and manage issues effectively.

Exceptional attention to detail and advanced analytical skills, enabling the identification of potential issues, risks, and areas for improvement in the testing process.
Outstanding organizational and time management abilities, with a demonstrated capability to prioritize tasks, allocate resources effectively, and meet project deadlines consistently.
Nice to Haves:
Experience with automated testing processes and tools.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of Manual QA Analysts, providing effective guidance, mentorship, and support throughout the testing lifecycle.

Ensure the stability and integrity of software products by overseeing and reviewing manual regression tests conducted by the team.
Collaborate closely with development teams to test new features and fixes, ensuring strict adherence to requirements and identifying potential bugs or performance issues.

Foster a culture of exploration and innovation by encouraging the team to conduct thorough exploratory testing, uncovering unforeseen issues, and providing valuable insights to improve the overall product quality.
Work closely with the team to identify and log bugs accurately, ensuring clear reproduction steps and comprehensive documentation of issues.

Establish and maintain robust test cases using industry-standard tools such as Testrail, ensuring efficient and well-organized testing processes.
