The Enterprise Strategy & Operations team is looking for an entrepreneurial leader to join our team as a Sales Strategy & Operations Manager to support our DoorDash for Business vertical.
About the Team
You will report into the Head of Sales Strategy & Operations, DoorDash for Business on our Enterprise Strategy & Operations.

As a Manager on the Enterprise Sales Strategy & Operations team, you’ll have the opportunity to drive growth of one of DoorDash’s new platforms on the ground floor, laying the foundation for what is becoming a major business unit for the company.
About the Role
As our Sales Strategy & Operations Manager, you’ll discover and drive performance improvements across the sales organization and build the foundation for it to scale. This will include improving sales productivity by finding different sources of leads to our sales teams, building and executing go-to-market playbooks, evaluating and leveraging existing & new sales tools to further unlock sales productivity, leading strategic initiatives to enhance productivity, process redesign, resource allocation and pipeline analytics. This role sits at the intersection of our revenue generation engine and our business teams, and as such will require ruthless prioritization and data-driven decision-making to ensure our teams are working against the right goals and have the tools needed to achieve them.

– Influence – Manage cross-functional projects with our sales, partner management, operations, product, engineering, business operations and BD teams to improve the merchant experience and achieve targets

– You have 6+ years of experience in strategy and operations, business development, sales/revenue operations, or consulting; high-growth B2B startup or sales ops experience is preferred

Compensation
The successful candidate’s starting pay will fall within the pay range listed below and is determined based on job-related factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. Base salary is localized according to an employee’s work location. Ranges are market-dependent and may be modified in the future.
In addition to base salary, the compensation for this role includes opportunities for equity grants. Talk to your recruiter for more information.

The base pay for this position ranges from our lowest geographical market up to our highest geographical market within California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Hawaii, Maryland, New Jersey, New York and Washington.
