As a Manager, Technical Services – Delivery you will be responsible for leading multiple MDM projects or one big project, managing customer & stakeholder expectation, manage budget, assist in proposal development, plan resources and identify risks early and resolve them. You will make sure that resources’ work is planned and prioritized to meet customer deliverable timelines
Key Responsibilities:
· Project Planning and Delivery: Plan, organize and monitor tasks for the team, covering sprints, projects, and other initiatives. Establish project schedule, scope, deliverables, resource forecast and timelines. Track progress to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
· Cross-Teams Collaboration: Facilitate communication and relationship with stakeholders (e.g. Internal teams, vendors, partners, customers etc.), adapting the approach to meet specific customer requirements. Keep stakeholders informed of project progress, updates, and any changes regarding scope, budget, or timelines.
· Budgeting and Forecasting: Manage project budgets to ensure alignment with organizational financial goals. Maintain various financial metrics, conduct forecasting, and generate budget reports.
· Risk and Issues Management: Identify and evaluate potential risks and issues associated with projects. Develop and implement strategies to mitigate these risks and address issues promptly, providing recommendations to ensure project success.
· Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and present detailed project status reports, encompassing progress, milestones, and risks, to management and stakeholders. Maintain accurate project documentation, including plans, schedules, and budgets.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years’ experience in technical project management, ideally in MDM or Healthcare IT (e.g., Medicaid, HIE).
- Proven experience in successfully delivering technical projects within a multi-vendor and partner ecosystem
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Proficient in project management software and tools
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- Familiarity with budgeting and financial management principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Preferred Requirements
- Knowledge of data privacy and security regulations
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Project Management, Business Administration)
$124,000 – $134,000 a year
