What you’ll do:

Generate high quality content that is relevant, easy to understand, and approachable

Update and implement internal communication strategy, events, and community building moments

Advise partners and departments across the business on the best internal communications approach, to help them achieve their goals in respect to what employees think, feel and do

Analyze the effectiveness of our communication and engagement strategies, building responsive strategies informed by the experience of our employees

Inform and execute employee experience strategy, collaborating with Sr Leadership, People, communities, local site leads, and others to enhance employee experience and foster community

Plan and execute initiatives supporting the employee experience strategy, including engagement, culture, talent acquisition initiatives, and more

Develop and manage internal communications strategy to represent and shape group culture, effectively communicate strategic priorities, and provide clear messaging for a global audience

Build annual calendars for employee experience and communications activities based on strategic priorities and business cadence

Generating learning curriculum and experiences that guides to specific business outcomes

Leveraging business objectives and outcomes to guide the internal communications and events strategy

Traits and experience you possess:

Engineering and Product community management

Learning and development experience, driving deep understanding of business objectives driving toward specific outcomes

Internal communications support and drafting

Editorial Calendar management

Event organization and project management experience

$70,000 — $120,000/year
