Ready to dive into exciting machine learning projects and make a real difference? Here’s your chance! We’re searching for a dedicated Machine Learning Engineer who aims to leverage the power of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Understanding (NLU) to enhance customer communication.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Engaging in machine learning projects from ideation to roll-out, with a primary focus on model development and testing;
• Contribute to planning, designing, building, validating, and refining releases;
• Suggesting innovative enhancements to our AI initiatives;
• Teaming up with our MLOps Engineer to mold the perfect setting for every project.

We’re seeking someone who:

• Has a minimum of three years experience as a Data Scientist/ML Engineer;
• Has hands-on experience implementing machine learning projects from initial brainstorming to production;
• Comprehends various machine learning algorithms;
• Owns expertise in NLP and NLU, including BERT-based models, GPT, metric learning, and extreme classification approaches;
• Is a Python pro;
• Possesses excellent execution skills and a strong sense of ownership;
• Communicates effectively;
• Is a team player.
