Some of your day-to-day tasks:

• Optimizing our existing headshot generation pipeline code to be as photorealistic as possible.
• Experiment with Dreambooth and all variables like user uploads, training steps, etc.
• Implementing new image-gen pipelines like LoRa.
• General code and speed improvements.
• Experimenting with newly published models and how these could be utilized.

Qualities that we’re looking for:

• Extensive knowledge of Python, diffusers, Cog, and Replicate.
• A balance of software engineering and machine learning skills.
• You can squeeze every last drop of performance out of a GPU.
• Ideally, you’re involved in the generative AI community and familiar with diffusion models and similar techniques.
• You don’t need a PhD or know how to build new architectures from scratch.
• Obsessive over small incremental optimisations, but able to ship fast without being too perfectionistic.
• The ability to stare at your own face all day trying to get as close to realism as possible.

Notes

• Compensation: $60,000 — $120,000/year
• Asia/Pacific timezone preferred, EU possible.
• There are no health benefits, perks, equipment, etc
