My name is Tateyanna from iTrade Media. We are headquartered in Phoenix, AZ, and we’re a fast-growing media agency that works exclusively with luxury hotels and resorts.

Over the past year, we’ve achieved tremendous growth, generating more than $3,000,000 in sales. Our biggest advantage is that we handle all transactions through barter.

We collaborate with hotels and resorts worldwide using our network of media outlets to provide advertising placements—so the resort has no cash out of pocket.

As we scale our efforts in 2023 and beyond, we’re looking for a Marketing Specialist who is passionate about personal growth and advancement, with a strong background in advertising sales. We are selective, and we hope you are too. Prior experience in advertising or media sales is required for this position.

Job Description:
As the Marketing Specialist, you will create barter proposals, support media planning, manage your own clients, and analyze emerging travel trends. Your day-to-day focus will be to build awareness and attract new luxury hotels and resorts to use barter through our network of advertisers. You will work closely with me and the company president to identify and successfully execute collaborations, partnerships, and campaigns.

You must be goal-driven, detail-oriented, and a self-starter.
We’re looking for someone who is passionate about unlocking the full potential of our services through creative and effective campaigns, and who can think analytically to solve problems.

You’ll Spend Time on the Following:
• Proposing new barter initiatives to attract resorts and hotels through various digital channels (emails, social media, phone calls, etc.)
• Researching, generating, and managing partnerships and collaborations within your client base
• Collaborating with other team members to develop strategies that increase sales

• You have experience establishing and managing advertising sales
• You’ve managed projects that involve coordinating multiple media outlets

• You understand the travel industry
• You have strong time-management skills and meet deadlines
• You communicate effectively
• You’re comfortable being held accountable for reaching goals
• Prior media sales experience is required—travel sales is a plus, or experience with high-end resorts and spas

We typically expect candidates to have at least 5 years of experience in advertising sales.

Bonus points if you have experience with digital marketing (Google Display Ads / Google AdWords).
