Main Purpose:
The Project Manager supports the effective planning, execution, tracking, delivery, and closure of client projects. This role helps interpret client needs and coordinates with global teams to meet those needs, creating tailored solutions based on Welocalize’s Four Pillars: Customer Service, Quality, Innovation, and Global Teamwork.

Please note: The standard schedule for this position is 40 hours per week, Tuesday through Saturday.

Main Tasks:
• Support project teams with planning, scoping, requirements gathering, and client validation.
• Manage localization project activities for assigned accounts.
• Identify relevant clients and internal partners to properly plan and staff projects in line with quality, cost, and scheduling goals.
• Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Create schedules and monitor on-time delivery.
• Assist with budgeting and cost control.
• Build and maintain strong relationships within assigned teams.
• Plan project tasks and resolve issues through corrective or preventive actions.
• Look for opportunities to improve delivery efficiency, quality, and profitability.
• Provide written and verbal reports to internal and external stakeholders regarding project scope, finances, progress, and status.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial systems.
• Support process documentation and knowledge management.

Education Level:
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Prior experience in the localization industry is preferred.
