WHAT YOU’LL DO AT H1
As the Senior Strategic Insights Manager, you will use your expertise to deliver data-driven solutions that address key challenges for life sciences clients. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure insights from H1’s platform and data support informed decisions and maximize value.

You will:
– Partner with clients to understand their challenges and translate them into actionable, tailored insights and solutions
– Lead strategic discovery sessions to identify client needs and design custom data-driven approaches
– Improve the platform experience by providing custom analyses, data visualizations, and insights, while proposing proactive ideas that support value creation and client growth
– Apply data to solve complex business issues, especially those related to scientific expert engagement and strategic collaboration
– Work with H1 leadership and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and deliver results aligned with client goals

ABOUT YOU
You are a strategic, data-focused professional with strong knowledge of the life sciences industry, including drug development, therapeutic approaches, and key stakeholders. You excel in extracting, managing, and analyzing data to uncover insights that drive client success. You are skilled in project management and consistently deliver high-quality work from planning through execution. You communicate clearly and effectively, using strong visualization and presentation skills to explain insights to both technical and non-technical audiences. You listen actively, influence effectively, and thrive in collaborative, cross-functional environments.

REQUIREMENTS
– 3+ years of experience in the life sciences industry, ideally in data analytics, insights, or strategic consulting
– Proven experience delivering data-driven client solutions
– Experience working with cross-functional teams, including engineers and data scientists
– Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex information
– Ability to lead teams, manage projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
– Familiarity with clinical trials and expert engagement strategies is a plus

COMPENSATION
This role pays $130,000 to $145,000 per year, depending on experience, plus stock options.
