We’re searching for a Legal Operations Apprentice to join our dynamic team. What You’ll Be Doing:
• Assist in maintaining and updating internal records and legal documents within compliance systems.
• Support the filing, organization, and archiving of legal materials and reports.
• Help respond to official requests, notifications, and legal inquiries under supervision.
• Work with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely processing of documents.
• Use AI tools and automation platforms to optimize legal and administrative workflows.
• Participate in training to build foundational knowledge of legal operations and fintech regulations.
• Ensure confidentiality and compliance with legal and regulatory standards.

What You Need to Succeed:
• Be currently enrolled in high school or a technical/vocational program that qualifies for an apprenticeship.
• Strong organizational and analytical abilities with great attention to detail.
• Interest in technology, automation, and AI-powered processes.
• Basic experience with digital tools like Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) and openness to learning legal tech platforms.
• Clear communication skills and the ability to collaborate in a fast-moving environment.
• Curiosity and a desire to learn about fintech, compliance, and legal operations.
• Advanced or fluent English.

Nice to Have:
• Familiarity with low-code or no-code automation tools or willingness to explore them.
• Interest in legal operations, compliance, or fintech-related subjects.
