Spotify is seeking enthusiastic students who are passionate about music and motivated to go far. This is more than just a typical internship: our paid program offers you an in-depth look at what it’s like to work at Spotify, along with the chance to experience the technology side of a fast-growing company. This summer, internships will run for approximately 10 weeks, beginning in mid-June 2026.

We’re currently looking for an enthusiastic **Legal Intern** to join our legal department for the summer. We help and guide the organization in using the law to further business goals, protect our company’s rights, and ensure legal and regulatory compliance. You’ll support our mission to balance legal risk with opportunity, ensure we have the necessary legal rights related to content, and enable Spotify to build products and services that users trust and love—while protecting our reputation and values.

**What You’ll Do**
– Work with lawyers across the legal department, including but not limited to teams focused on original content, privacy, and litigation, to support important legal matters.
– Assist with drafting agreements, deal summaries, memos, and other legal documents.
– Conduct legal research.

**Who You Are**
– You are pursuing a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and/or Master of Laws (LLM).
– You have a graduation date in 2026 or 2027.
– You currently have valid work authorization for the country where this role is based, covering June through August 2026.
– You’re available from June 15 to August 21, 2026, for the duration of the summer internship.
– You have an interest in corporate and commercial law, including privacy, copyright, defamation, and related areas, as well as legal trends affecting the music, podcast, and digital streaming industries.
– You are fluent in English, both spoken and written.
– You have strong organizational skills and can manage multiple projects at once.
– You have excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong attention to detail.

**Where You’ll Be**
– This role is based in **London**.
– Our internship program offers in-office events and networking opportunities. To fully participate and make the most of your time, we ask that you work from the office 3 days per week.

Our paid summer internships last about 10 weeks and start in mid-June. **The last day to apply is February 5, 2026 at 5 PM GMT.**
