About the Role

Our Full Stack engineering team is looking for a Lead Software Engineer with experience working in large, data-heavy web applications, built in Javascript and NodeJS. As a team lead you will help to plan and scope new features, maintain and improve quality within the team, and set the direction for our future architecture. You will also write both front- and back-end code to create interactive reporting and analysis tools, with data drawn from billions of documents. Front End work is a mix of React and Redux, and legacy Coffeescript and Backbone. APIs often involve creating complex Elasticsearch queries while keeping an eye on performance.
