About our Site Reliability Engineering Team

As a Site Reliability Engineer, you will be responsible for continuously improving, enhancing, and managing our highly distributed and complex SaaS platforms. You will focus on monitoring and automation to improve MTTD and MTTR. You will actively support several tools used in the Continuous Delivery and Integration pipeline, as well as how they’re used. You will lead or drive reliability, performance, and efficiency for all our scalable infrastructures. You will influence and define various strategies and quality checks, partnering with our systems, development, support, and quality engineering teams.

Nerf wars and screaming monkeys are standard here now. What will you bring?

What you’ll get to do:

  • Design, implement, and manage HA infrastructures; improve scalability, availability, and latency for our cloud and mobile offerings.

  • Create and influence architectures and standards across our various, cutting-edge technology stacks and multiple frameworks.

  • Triage and troubleshoot site issues; ensure reliability and site uptime by working with our software development, systems/operations, application support, and quality engineering teams at a global scale.

  • Scale our systems to support additional users globally.

  • Identify and push for opportunities to increase automation at all levels of design, testing, and production.

  • Participate in the after-hours on-call rotation to support the site and critical systems.
