A start-up looking for a Lead/Senior Web Developer

We are an equity-finance platform that funds films! Different from crowd-funding websites, our platform features social networking, data tracking/analysis, and transactions. It is definitely challenging and for cool people only. We are looking for someone awesome like you to strengthen our tech team to win a race, and potentially lead the development in near future.

Responsibility: • Work with product team to understand and analyze new requirements • Lead projects from idea to implementation • Learn new technologies that best deliver quality Risk and Compliance solutions on time and in budget

Tech requirement • Solid professional experience with a range of web technologies (HTML5/CSS3, JavaScript/JQuery, PHP) • Database development experience with MySQL in a Linux environment • Development experience in creating custom WordPress themes and plugins and advance knowledge of WordPress API • Experience with source control tool (Github) and build tools • Experience with iOS / Android development is a plus

Preferred background and ability • Computer science degree • Code quickly and be able to work on and prioritize multiple tasks at given time • Proven track record for developing pixel perfect websites from PSD’s • Rich media user experiences with consumer facing websites of responsive web design • Strong understanding of cross browser compatibility issues • Strong communication skills, analytical skills, thorough understanding of product development • Someone with a passion and interest in web design and development • Detail oriented and highly organized.
