KRS is hiring a Senior Full Stack Web Developer. We’re looking for someone who is passionate about the craft of software development with a strong computer science background who has Python, Javascript and PHP experience. The stack you will be working in is mostly PHP, Javascript and MySQL. This is a team lead position and as such we are looking for a technically competent, charismatic leader who writes both code and the written language with ease.
Responsibilities
- Write Python, PHP and Javascript
- Make technical decisions (system architecture, select technology solutions, etc.)
- Estimate projects and timelines
- Assist in the preparation of project plans and product roadmaps, especially in the areas of task breakdown, estimating, and addressing technical dependencies
- Collaborate with the stakeholders
- Manage and Mentor a team of 2 Developers
- Focus on releasing products
Required Skills and Experience
- 5+ years of experience as a software developer
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with React
- Experience with PHP/Python for API Development
- Experience working in a TDD Environment and Agile / Scrum
- Strong knowledge of object-oriented design methodology and standard software design patterns
- Experience translating business needs and requirements into technical specifications
