How you’ll make an impact;

As part of ongoing growth, you’ll be the lead for championing quality within our ever expanding software engineering function.Our goal is to ensure that quality is a team responsibility at Xero, and part of your role will be to help lead, advise and coach the team on development approaches and testing strategies to promote quality as well as a contributing member on test automation, frameworks and strategies.

You’ll focus on helping to create sustainable, quality development processes, contribute towards automation, development and DevOps tasks whilst continually learning and sharing your knowledge with the wider team (. Net Core/C#/Reactjs stack).

Our team, and you

You’ll have previous experience of operating at a Lead level where you have been involved in advising, coaching and sharing your expertise with other Quality Engineers and wider engineering teams. You will have top notch analysis and testing skills with broad test automation platform knowledge and strong coding skills. The successful candidate will have previous experience in web testing, agile, DevOps and CI/CD environments. You’ll have a strong background in a range of testing frameworks, automation tools and previous coding skills in some of: C#, . Net, Python, JavaScript.
