HelloSign, a leading provider of eSignatures, is looking for an experienced Lead QA Engineer to lead our quality assurance efforts. If you’re a self-starter that loves the idea of owning QA in a startup environment, this is the ideal role for you. You should be comfortable touching all aspects of QA, from triaging customer complaints to setting up release checklists to writing automated tests.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Identifying and implementing processes or systems to increase our products’ quality

• Managing our existing part-time QA Analyst and growing the team as needed

• Working closely with developers to construct test plans and automated tests for new and changing features

• Identifying high-risk interactions and flows that need extra testing

• Continuously monitoring and auditing the quality of both our end-user websites, HelloSign and HelloFax, as well as our HelloSign API

• Documenting the history of defects

• Investigating customer reported issues and documenting them for Engineering as needed
