As Forem’s Lead People Operations Manager, you will lead and grow our HR operations, team happiness initiatives, and recruiting strategy. You will embody our company values and will foster a high-performing, anti-racist and inclusive culture of transparency, trust, and collaboration. You are a strategic thinker that is excited about designing, deploying, and optimizing our internal processes

You will oversee a wide range of responsibilities from payroll administration/benefits to conflict resolution to employee hiring and offboarding. You will be an integral part of our leadership team and will report directly to our Chief Operations Officer.
