We arelooking for a kick-ass iOS developer who has the chops to take ownership of Virtru’s end-to-end encrypted email client for iOS. You will spend your days applying expert level knowledge of Objective-C and Swift to add new and refine existing features. You’ll gain experience working with modern transports such as Microsoft’s ActiveSync and Google’s GoogleSync. You’ll also have an opportunity to indulge your inner user experience nerd to create beautiful,usable, and delightful interfaces.The ideal candidate will have a natural passion for digital privacy, software development, and great user experiences.

We are a fun group and want to keep it that way, which means you should be comfortable speaking your mind, drinking a few beers, eating ramen, and geeking out about side projects. Anyone who has trouble self-motivating is going to have a hard time. We don’t want anyone that needs to be managed, so if you have trouble self-organizing with the assistance of a sprint board you shouldn’t apply.
