Lead design and development of our proprietary software. Work with partners and head of research to define vision for our trading infrastructure and strategy logic: market making and pricing/trading logic, low-latency automated trading platform, data collection and warehousing, analysis and simulation tools

Work with distributed development team to prioritize and execute on infrastructure and strategy development. Directly contribute to software development, in addition to delegating workload and reviewing code headed into production.

Fully-distributed team; work remotely, location flexible

Full ownership of trading infrastructure and trading strategy logic. Understand and be responsible for the big picture as well as the details. Improve our QA and release process to increase stability and reduce risk of errors.

Responsible for system uptime and emergency response (on-call, final responsibility lies with you)
