Essential Qualifications
- BS degree in a technical discipline or equivalent work experience.
- 6+ years of development experience with JavaScript / TypeScript.
- Experience leading technical vision and direction for frontend development and the ability to mentor and guide other developers.
- Solid understanding of modern UI/UX concepts, industry-standard accessibility patterns (A11y), and the ability to implement pixel-perfect designs.
- Solid understanding of REST APIs to connect web applications to back-end services.
- Experience in frontend end-to-end testing to ensure the quality of the app.
- Demonstrated ability to understand and discuss technical concepts and manage trade-offs.
- Proven record of working cross-functionally with engineering, design, and marketing/business counterparts to deliver SaaS products.
- Self-starting, proactive, and able to engage with others for guidance and feedback.
- Demonstrates deep understanding, passion, and alignment with our mission.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience with Expo.
- Prior experience with three.js or 3D related engineering.
- Prior experience or knowledge of using Stable Diffusion, ComfyUI, WebUI etc.
- Knowledge on architecture like Clean Architecture.
- Comfortable working with a remote team and aware of strategies to excel in this environment.
- Experience managing and leading volunteers to support development efforts.
