Requirements:
- Expertise in Flutter
- Proven leadership experience and the ability to lead team members
- Knowledge of C#, .NET, and .NET Core is a major plus
- Familiarity with DevOps is an advantage

Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of mobile applications using Flutter
- Design and build app features using Flutter and related technologies
- Collaborate with other developers and stakeholders to deliver the highest-quality product
- Troubleshoot and debug code
- Provide technical guidance and leadership
- Ensure code is optimized for performance and reliability
