Job requirements
- Front-End Development Expertise and Leadership
- Technical Guidance & Architecture:
- Providing guidance and expertise in front-end development, steering the team towards sound architectural decisions, effective code reviews, and the implementation of best practices to ensure the delivery of robust and scalable solutions.
- Clean Code & Modern Technologies:
- Demonstrating leadership through the creation of clean, efficient, and well-documented code using contemporary front-end technologies like HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and popular frameworks such as Reactjs, Next.js, and Nodejs.
- Performance Optimization:
- Employing advanced strategies such as code splitting, lazy loading, caching, and browser rendering optimization to enhance front-end performance, resulting in swift and responsive user experiences.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborating closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to comprehend project requirements, devise technical solutions, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality features.
- Testing & Quality Assurance:
- Promoting the adoption of robust testing methodologies such as unit testing, integration testing, and end-to-end testing to uphold the dependability and stability of front-end components.
- Continuous Improvement & Innovation:
- Remaining attuned to industry trends, emerging technologies, and evolving best practices in front-end development, and initiating proactive measures to refine and optimize development processes for ongoing enhancement.
- Educational & Experience Requirements
- Must have a Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering (any), or a related field plus one (1) year of IT experience.
- One (1) year of IT experience must include experience in Reactjs and JavaScript.
- In the alternative, we will accept a Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering (any), or a related field, plus five (5) years of progressive experience.
- One (1) year of the five (5) years of progressive experience must include experience with Reactjs and JavaScript.
- We will accept any suitable combination of education, training, or experience. All experience may be acquired concurrently.
$100,000 – $110,000 a year
