We’re hiring an experienced lead developer to help us scale and refine Dharma, a platform developed for collecting, sharing, and analyzing data in humanitarian crises. Our software provides an end-to-end data pipeline, allowing anyone to easily create and deploy forms, track users and responses, and analyze, visualize, and share data – just to name a few of its capabilities. But we know that Dharma’s much bigger than one sector, and we’re looking for someone to help us grow these tools, apply them to new use cases, and change how people around the world use and understand data.

As lead developer, you will provide strategic guidance on technical issues to our team and be responsible for translating our vision into code, as well as managing a mobile developer and a front-end developer. You’ll contribute to all technical aspects of Dharma’s platform, from the web portal to our different mobile platforms. You’ll design for users who might not be tech-savvy, who might be offline, who need a product that’s simple and gorgeous. And you’ll have fun doing it.
