About the Role:
We are looking for an energetic and experienced General Manager to lead the launch and ongoing operations of our Las Vegas Flagship Store—a high‑visibility, high‑traffic location that serves as the physical centerpiece of the Dolls Kill brand. This position is perfect for a hands‑on retail leader who excels in fast‑paced, high‑volume settings and is committed to delivering memorable, immersive customer experiences.
The General Manager will be responsible for the overall performance of the Vegas flagship, acting as the face of Dolls Kill while driving sales, developing strong teams, executing brand vision, and maintaining operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support the creation, implementation, and improvement of Dolls Kill’s retail strategy by overseeing all aspects of store operations, including staffing, training, visual merchandising, sales planning, and inventory management
• Manage daily store operations and establish clear plans and goals that equip store leaders to meet and exceed expectations
• Identify and empower store teams to pursue revenue opportunities, streamline processes, and reduce costs
• Evaluate store layout, product assortment, and customer experience, offering insights to enhance operations and guide future strategy
• Track customer feedback and make adjustments to improve the shopping experience
• Lead promotional events and initiatives to boost foot traffic and customer engagement
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with brand standards and operational procedures
• Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to develop and execute strategies that increase revenue
• Oversee facilities and maintenance for all store locations
