Responsibilities and Assignments

• Draft legal filings of low and medium complexity.
• Conduct in-depth legal research.
• Represent clients in labor hearings.
• Manage cases and monitor deadlines.
• Use technological tools to manage case workflows.
• Participate in projects and contribute to continuous process improvement.
• Prepare case status reports.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Law degree with an active OAB registration.
• Experience in Labor Law.
• Knowledge of labor legislation and labor procedure.
• Proficiency with legal tools and computer applications.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Availability for occasional travel.
