We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Summer Intern to support our Knowledge & Content Management initiatives. This role is ideal for someone interested in technical communication, content creation, and knowledge systems. The intern will work across multiple projects that improve how information is created, organized, and delivered to both internal teams and external users.
Assist in creating, editing, and maintaining product documentation
Support the development of training materials, including written guides and video content
Help improve knowledge management systems, including content organization and discoverability
Collaborate with product, engineering, and customer-facing teams to gather and clarify information
Participate in content audits and identify gaps or opportunities for improvement
Contribute to standardizing documentation and content processes
Strong written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail and organizational ability
Interest in technical writing, instructional design, or knowledge management
Ability to synthesize complex information into clear, user-friendly content
- Familiarity with tools like Google Docs, Notion, Confluence, Github, Docebo, or similar is a plus
- Experience with video editing or content creation tools is a bonus (e.g., Camtasia)
Current undergraduate or graduate student in English, Communications, Technical Writing, Information Science, or a related field
Interest in SaaS, data, or technical products (if relevant to your company)
Hands-on experience in technical documentation and content development
Exposure to real-world knowledge management systems and practices
