Position Overview:
The Knowledge Management Lead is a mid‑level role responsible for ensuring organizational processes and documentation are accurate and aligned. This person will maintain and verify documentation, conduct audits, support knowledge‑sharing initiatives, and contribute expertise during client audits.

Process and Documentation Management:
• Oversee the creation, upkeep, and consistency of organizational processes and documentation.
• Structure and categorize documentation so it is easily accessible to all teams.

Collaboration and Alignment:
• Work with subject matter experts and stakeholders to collect, verify, and update process information.
• Ensure processes remain aligned across teams.

Auditing & Quality Assurance:
• Perform regular audits to confirm documentation is accurate, relevant, and compliant.
• Maintain and update audit records.
• Regularly review and refresh customer‑facing responses.

Knowledge Sharing:
• Lead knowledge‑sharing sessions to keep teams updated on process changes and best practices.
• Join discussions with operations, client success, and quality teams about process improvements.

Subject Matter Expertise:
• Serve as a knowledge management expert.
• Support the development and alignment of complex process documentation.

Qualifications:
• 3–5 years of experience in knowledge management or process development.
• Strong understanding of process alignment, documentation practices, and compliance.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Skilled at managing multiple projects and prioritizing effectively.

Preferred Skills:
• Experience with knowledge management platforms and tools.
• Familiarity with process improvement methodologies.
